Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority
We want you to love your HyperSoft shoes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — you keep the product. No return shipping required.
How It Works
Simple 3-Step Process
- Step 1: Submit your request within 10 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- Step 2: Complete the Refund Request Form with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Step 3: Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You keep the product.

What We Need From You
- Request submitted within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Requests outside this window will not be processed.
- A valid order confirmation number matching your request.
- Clear photos of the product showing all labels — both exterior and interior — and the original packaging.
- A completed Refund Request Form. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
Cancellations
How to Cancel an Order
Cancellations are accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Since most orders are processed and dispatched quickly, cancellation windows are limited. To attempt a cancellation, email info@hypersoftshoes.com immediately after placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Undelivered Packages
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery fees are the customer's responsibility.
- HyperSoft is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control.
