Refund and Exchange Policy

Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 5 days after you receive your order. Refunds and exchanges are only available if you received the wrong size or if the items were damaged during shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Size Exchange Policy

  • Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. The delivery date indicated on the tracking system will be considered the official receipt date.
  • Fill out our Exchange and Refund Request Form to submit your request.
  • Attach clear photos of the shoes, including all size labels (both the external circle label and inside labels).
  • Include a copy of your valid order confirmation.
  • The shoes must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Once we receive your request, we will email you the shipping information and detailed return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning their items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Do not send your items back to the manufacturer or the courier's address—this will invalidate your exchange request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if your order cannot be fulfilled due to a mistake on our end, such as sending the wrong item or if the product arrives damaged.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds for returned items are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the conditions stated in our policy.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I Ordered the Wrong Size, What Should I Do?

You can request a size change within 5 days of placing your order. Fill out the Exchange and Refund Request Form or send an email to info@hypersoftshoes.com within this 5-day window, specifying the new size you require. We will confirm your size change via email within 24 hours.

I Don’t Have a Valid Order Confirmation. Can I Still Request an Exchange or Refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds without a valid order confirmation from HyperSoft Shoes.

How Long Will It Take to Process My Exchange or Refund?

Once we receive all the required information, we will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

To cancel your order, please email info@hypersoftshoes.com with your request. Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Most orders are processed and shipped the same night they are placed, so we encourage you to submit your cancellation request as quickly as possible.

Undelivered Packages

  • If a shipment is redirected by the courier due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional fees incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Shipments deemed undeliverable or refused by the customer will be returned to the courier’s warehouse and cannot be retrieved.
  • Rejected packages are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
